Keep Records Up to Date: Complete daily logs, care plan updates, and any incident documentation clearly and accurately.
Work as a Team: Collaborate with families, allied health professionals, and colleagues to ensure high standards of care and communication.
Promote Health and Safety: Support residents with appointments, medication, and their overall physical and mental well being.
Advocate for Choice and Rights: Encourage service users to be active participants in their own lives and advocate for their needs and preferences.
