The role will be based in continental Europe and will report directly to the Head of Business Development for Medtech. We are seeking a candidate with strong experience in consultative-led solution sales to leading medical device companies. While Germany and Switzerland are preferred locations, we are open to other locations across continental Europe.Your Responsibilities:Leading the sales process for our digital healthcare solutions to Medtech clients.Identifying and securing new customers while developing our existing customer base.Achieving sales and customer goals.Creating, planning and executing key account management plans.Sales budgeting and planning, and rigorous sales pipeline qualification and management.Gathering market intelligence and analyzing our competitive landscape.Your ProfileExperience and successful track record in a similar role selling technology solutions in the healthcare space to medical device companies.Deep understanding of medical device companies including their key functions, Commercial, R&D, Product Management, Regulatory & Compliance and IT.Ability to quickly and accurately understand customers' requirementsProven track record of having delivered break-in sales for new markets and delivered year on year growth.Strong collaborative, solutions-oriented and consultative sales and proven account management skills.Proven ability to transfer knowledge to others and to work effectively as part of a team to drive the development of winning proposals for our customers.Proven ability to tenaciously and persistently see proposals through to successful completion and achievement of objectives.Experience of supporting and leading sales negotiations.Motivation, initiative and ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, within a defined selling process.Strong oral, presentation and written communication skills – comfortable speaking to small and large audiences from a variety of functional backgrounds along with ability to generate first class customer presentations and proposals.Willingness to travel frequently and at short notice within Europe.S3 Connected Health Value Proposition:With S3 Connected Health you will have an opportunity to work with multi-disciplined professionals with a passion for improving patient lives.You will be involved in creating and providing innovative solutions to some of the world's leading MedTech companies.You will have a competitive base salary and sales incentive plan and be provided with a company laptop and mobile phone.You will have an annual personal development plan that will include structured as well as on-the job training.
