Head of Operational Projects (Education & Community Action) Location: Hybrid, Dublin 2 Salary: €58,000 €60,000 This nationwide trust is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Operational Projects (Education & Community Action) to join their team.
Reporting directly to the Director and Senior Management Team, this role is central to shaping, managing, and delivering impactful education and community initiatives at a national level.
Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver implementation plans for new programmes.
Work with the Director to design strategic plans for Education and Community Action programmes, ensuring alignment with wider strategy and international best practice.
Promote the organisations Education and Community Action work to key stakeholders.
Support and guide the programme management team to achieve excellence in delivery.
Foster cross-programme collaboration to maximise impact and efficiency.
Co-ordinate and develop the EU-funded project working group.
About You: Significant experience working within the NGO sector.
Proven track record in managing programmes, including fee-based programmes and fee funding streams.

Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels.
A strategic thinker who can balance vision with practical implementation.
What We Offer: A salary of €58,000 €60,000.
Hybrid working arrangements with a base in Dublin 2.
