- €150,000 (DOE) Company transport provided Private health cover Performance-related bonus Pension contribution Long-term career progression opportunities Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Contracts Manager to join a leading construction organisation delivering large-scale projects in Drogheda and the surrounding region.This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing project delivery from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.This role suits a commercially aware construction professional with strong leadership capability and a proven track record managing complex construction projects.Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple construction projects or major single-project delivery.Oversee the full project lifecycle including planning, procurement, execution, and handover.Manage project programmes, budgets, and resource allocation.Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards.Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.Monitor commercial performance alongside commercial teams.Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.Provide leadership and mentorship to site and project teams.Report regularly to senior leadership on project progress and performance.Requirements Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, Contracts Manager, or similar senior delivery role.Strong experience delivering medium-to-large scale construction projects.Excellent commercial and contractual awareness.Strong leadership and team management experience.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Full driving licence required.Why Apply?
