Our Dublin based client is looking for an Engagement Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

As an Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for various projects within a dynamic, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and design the framework for engagements, including strategic approach, value proposition, project plans, resource allocation, and financial aspects.
Manage projects effectively using recognised Project Management methodologies, including planning, team resourcing, team leadership, risk and issue management, progress tracking, and reporting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders Maintain an overview of project delivery Continuously assess and ensure the value delivered aligns with client expectations and business goals.
Lead and facilitate client meetings, workshops, and presentations, maintaining clear communication and fostering collaboration.
Essential Experience: At least 5 years of experience in managing projects in a client-facing role.
Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within scope.
Experience with transformation initiatives, ideally with platform solutions.
Educational Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
