Role Overview
We are looking for a Marketing Graduate to join our Dundalk team on a full-time permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified marketing or digital marketing graduate to progress their career in a growing and ambitious firm.
The Marketing Graduate will play a key role in supporting the firm’s marketing efforts, focusing on digital and creative output. This includes managing social media channels, assisting with campaign planning, designing promotional content, updating the website, and coordinating event logistics. The role requires a blend of creativity, technical skills, and strong organisational abilities.
Key Responsibilities
* Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and manage posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms to drive engagement and promote brand awareness.
* Graphic Design: Design digital and print marketing materials (e.g., brochures, infographics, social media graphics) using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
* Video Content: Assist with planning, filming, and editing short video content for promotional and educational use.
* Website Management: Update and maintain the company website (e.g., blogs, team bios, service pages) using a CMS such as Wix or HubSpot.
* Email Marketing: Assist in building and sending newsletters, campaign emails, and automated sequences through HubSpot.
* Event Support: Help organise and promote both internal and external events, including client seminars, webinars, and exhibitions.
* Campaign Support: Work with the Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing campaigns in line with business goals.
* Analytics and Reporting: Monitor marketing performance metrics and assist in preparing monthly reports on campaign results and website traffic.
* Content Creation: Assist in the creation of content across various formats (written, visual, video) for blogs, social media, and email marketing.
* Brand Consistency: Ensure all marketing materials are aligned with the firm’s brand guidelines and messaging.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
* Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
* Basic video editing skills (e.g., Premiere Pro, Canva, or equivalent tools)
* Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Wix, WordPress)
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic understanding of digital marketing tools and analytic
Soft Skills:
* Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
* Strong attention to detail and time management.
* Proactive, creative thinker with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Comfortable working collaboratively in a team and independently.
Desirable (Not Essential)
* 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or related role (placement year experience will be considered)
* Experience working in a professional services or B2B environment
* Experience with social media management tools
* Knowledge of SEO basics and Google Analytics
* Understanding of branding principles
* Photography skills
