Job Title: Senior International Brand Manager Location: Waterford/Hybrid Job Purpose The Senior International Brand Manager is responsible for shaping and executing the strategic direction of the brand across international markets.
This role leads a high-performing team and partners cross-functionally to build brand equity, drive market share, and support revenue growthensuring global consistency with local relevance.
Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Leadership Define and execute global brand strategy aligned with company and market goals Act as brand guardian, ensuring consistency in identity, messaging, and tone Champion the brand vision across geographies and business units Team Management Lead and develop a team of brand and marketing professionals Set clear objectives, provide coaching, and drive a high-performance culture Consumer & Market Insights Analyze trends, consumer behavior, and performance data to inform strategy Translate insights into actionable brand plans tailored for local markets Marketing Execution Oversee global campaigns and content across digital and traditional channels Collaborate with creative agencies and local teams for campaign rollouts Ensure timely delivery of global toolkits to markets Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with commercial, digital, R&D, and supply chain teams Partner with regional and local marketing teams for alignment and execution Innovation & Product Management Influence product development and innovation based on market needs Lead global go-to-market strategies for new product launches Performance Tracking Own global dashboards and KPIs, monitoring brand health, sales, and ROI Continuously optimize strategies based on data and business performance Required Skills & Experience 6+ years in brand marketing, with 3+ years in international/global leadership Proven experience in the FMCG/CPG sector Strong team leadership and talent development track record Expertise in global brand management, campaign development, and product launches Data-driven decision-maker with strong commercial acumen For a confidential discussion and more information on the role, please contactJessica Kennedy?
