Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
* Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions
* Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information on product features
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies
* Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction
* Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor products
Requirements:
* Minimum experience of 3-5 years in sales
* Proven track record of achieving targets and KPIs
* Strong interest and knowledge of modern tractors and farm machinery
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
* Valid driver’s license
* Agri business degree – an advantage
