About the Role
This is a hands‑on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys full A–Z ownership of complex hedge fund NAVs. You will oversee day‑to‑day production and review activities (including hedge instruments, pricing, P&L, performance fees and associated control checks), ensuring your team delivers accurate, timely work.
You will:
Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing team, including workflow management, reviews, goal setting, one‑to‑ones and annual appraisals.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling queries, delivering high‑quality service and building trusted relationships.
Drive change initiatives, contributing to process improvement, efficiency projects and cross‑departmental developments.
Maintain a strong grip on risk and controls.
About You
You will be an ambitious and motivated Fund Accounting Manager, Assistant Manager or strong Supervisor ready to step up. You bring:
Solid A–Z hedge fund accounting experience, ideally including exposure to complex derivatives and performance fee methodologies.
Strong client‑facing communication skills and the confidence to engage directly with senior stakeholders.
A hands‑on approach with proven ability to lead, mentor and develop people (formal people management experience is an advantage, not a must).
A proactive mindset, sound judgement and the ability to see the bigger picture within a growing organisation.
