We are seeking an experienced Culinary Team Leader to join our client in Leixlip, Co. Kildare.
The successful candidate will support the Head Chef in organizing and running a busy kitchen service smoothly, managing a team of culinary professionals, and maintaining high-quality cuisine and hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading a dynamic kitchen team with minimum 2+ years leadership experience.
* Maintaining excellent customer service and food quality under pressure.
* Managing staff, inventory, and equipment efficiently to maximize productivity.
* Flexible working hours, including mornings, lunches, evenings, and weekends.
Benefits Package:
* A competitive salary: €48,000 - €52,000 per annum (based on experience).
