Job Description
Thinkbait is our in-house digital marketing collective based in Dublin, employing digital and performance marketing specialists with UI/UX expertise, building best in class customer journeys, and applying their SEO experience to our digital marketing channels.
Our Design team is a key part of building upon the success of our brands across the globe, and the new role will join a growing design team and report to our Head of Design. The role is ideally to sit within our Dublin marketing division, with its office in Dublin, Ireland. This is a hybrid role, with occasional office attendance required.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing and Content departments to translate marketing collateral into professionally treated and optimized assets for the web. In addition to this, they will work within the product design team on UX/UI design work across various brand websites. We aim to continually improve our design quality across the board. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc., is essential for our diverse design tasks across online (web UI, Design systems, Email design, etc.) and print-ready documents.

Qualifications
* Ideally 3-5 years’ experience designing UX and UI for software, with a focus on design systems.
* Figma experience is essential - this is a prerequisite.
* Excellent experience working with Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
* A portfolio featuring examples of product design and understanding of design systems.
* The ability to think strategically about product design and clearly articulate design decisions.
* A deep emphasis on user experience with a keen understanding of human behavior, coupled with a sharp eye for clean and effective visual design.
Responsibilities, Accountability, and Deliverables
* Create user flows and design solutions aligned with strategic goals.
* Collaborate with product management and analytics teams to understand users, their context, and the competitive landscape.
* Support the design team and maintain a solid design system to ensure high quality across projects.
* Contribute to team growth through participation in design activities and mentoring, including improving our Design System.
* Maintain design quality and adhere to brand guidelines.
* Develop and maintain consistent branding across channels.
* Explore and present new design experiences and insights to achieve company objectives, such as market expansion and new product launches.
