Responsibilities / Programme Description
We are launching our 2026 Accounting and Finance Graduate Programme. The Finance team is integral to the business at every level. The programme is designed to develop future leaders by providing a challenging environment that prepares you for future business leadership roles. The graduate scheme runs over three years, with time spent across the Finance function in areas such as Business Partnering with Operations, Sales and Merchandising, while studying for your Accountancy qualification. From day one you will gain hands-on experience and broaden your technical know-how. You will join a fast-paced, real-time team and will be exposed to leadership opportunities within the business.
This is more than a traditional graduate scheme—our graduates have the opportunity to progress within the Finance team and grow to their full potential.

Key Accountabilities / Programme Details
Three-year graduate programme spanning the Finance function and cross-functional exposure to Operations, Sales and Merchandising while studying for an Accountancy qualification. From day one you will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
* 2:1 or above (realised or predicted) in a relevant Accountancy or Business degree
* A solid understanding and demonstrated interest in Finance
* Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills
* Strong commercial awareness and career motivation
* Available to start September 2026
* Full clean drivers' licence and access to own transport
