About The RoleThis is a unique opportunity to join RIU Plaza The Gresham Dublin, a very busy 4 star hotel in the heart of the city. In this senior role, you will be integral inManaging food and beverage operations within budget and to the highest standards in 3 busy outlets in our 400 bedroom propertyManaging Writers Bar & lounge, Toddy's Brasserie and The Gallery RestaurantLeading F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.Implementation and maintaining service standards.Overseeing staff training,Monitoring inventory and cost controlEnsuring compliance with health and safety regulationsDeveloping a successful partnership with the kitchen team.️ What We’re Looking ForProven minimum 3 years food and beverage management experience in large busy 4/5 star hotelsWorking knowledge of various computer software programs.Ability to spot and resolve problems efficientlyMastery in delegating multiple tasksCommunication and leadership skillsUp to date with food and beverages trends and best practicesAbility to manage personnel and meet financial targetsGuest-oriented and service-mindedHospitality qualification is desirable but not essential Compensation & BenefitsA welcoming and supportive work environment where you will be shaping the future of RIU Plaza enjoying the following compensation & benefits:Gross salary: €45,000-€50,000Annual leave: 20 daysFree meals while on duty.Bespoke uniforms provided.Staff social eventsComprehensive training and development programs to enhance your skills and foster professional growth.Take advantage of attractive discounts on accommodations within the RIU Hotels & Resorts, allowing you to explore and experience our exceptional properties worldwide.
