Role Overview:
As a Sales and Trading Intern, you will receive comprehensive on-the-job training, working alongside a variety of experienced professionals. You will have the opportunity to explore various roles and areas within the Sales and Trading business, gaining valuable understanding of the trading process. Our businesses span across fixed income and equities, including repo, stock loan, total return swaps, index products, and a variety of derivatives.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects, collaborate across different teams, and develop both technical and client-facing skills that will help you in your future career.
Main Responsibilities:
You will get exposure to a range of tasks and responsibilities, depending on the desk's needs. Your duties may include, but are not limited to:
* Supporting Counterparty Relationships: Work closely with colleagues managing counterparty relationships for NBCGF, helping to maintain and build strong partnerships.
* Collaborating on Trade Ideas: Work alongside traders to develop and refine trade ideas, contributing to the desk's decision-making process.
* Data Analytics: Assist with data analysis to help the trading desk make better, more informed decisions.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various partners across the Dublin office, providing support and contributing to team goals.
