About The Role
To provide a senior leadership pipeline of talent into the business, gaining knowledge of all sections of the business over a three‑year graduate programme focused on understanding, skills and knowledge development and behavioural competency. The programme is designed to identify the area of the business where maximum benefit can be sought from the individual, whilst also having knowledge of the wider business workings.
Programme Schedule
* Period One – Operations / SHEQ: Starting Salary €30,000. Gain a solid and hands‑on understanding of Operations and SHEQ across the group, and how they drive business performance. Review and Feedback.
* Period Two – Sales and Collections: Spend time in the field to understand contracts, tenders, collections, sales techniques and profitability. Salary Review – €32,000. Review and Feedback.
* Period Three – Finance and IT: Develop a knowledge of the Finance and IT function through work across relevant sites. Salary Review – €35,000. Review and Feedback.
* Period Four – Human Resources: Work within the HR team to deliver change/development projects and add value to the HR function.
* Period Five – Legal, Compliance & ESG: Deliver a project around ESG or Compliance, supporting teams with new ideas and ideas.
* Period Six – Project Management: Having gained trust and experience, work with the PMO team to lead an individually driven project to maximise efficiency or profitability across sites. Review and Role Assignment.
Support and Development
Development Programme consisting of four development sessions (two‑days each) over the first two‑year period, linked to future leadership competencies.
* The role of a leader in Beauparc, Effective Teamwork and Managing change & feedback mechanisms
* Presentation skills, Effective leading through communication and Coaching skills
* People Management skills: Interviewing, Recruitment, Absence management, Disciplinary and Grievance, Performance management skills including PDR conversations
* Influencing & Negotiating, Delegation & Time management and Decision making and Problem solving
* Personality Profiling (MBTI) and Emotional Intelligence will also be included, in Year Two, to aid in decision making around future roles.
* In addition, Microsoft Office skills will be assessed and developed, along with Project Management and Report Writing. Presentations to Senior Leaders and Group Exec will be required as part of the review process.
