Qualified Person Role
In this key role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of commercial vaccine products. This is a permanent position that reports to the Quality Manager.
* Ensure each commercial batch has been manufactured, tested and checked in compliance with Irish law following the requirements of the relevant marketing authorisation (MA) and confirming compliance with EU Guidelines for Good Manufacturing Practice and Annex 16: Certification by a Qualified Person and Batch Release.
You must have an academic qualification at least equivalent to a level 8 primary course in a scientific discipline, as well as have successfully completed a recognised post-graduate course in Ireland that satisfies the educational requirements as defined in the Veterinary Medicinal Directive /6.
Responsibilities:• Ensure robust QA oversight over vaccine production.
• Confirm all sites of manufacture are compliant with terms outlined in MA.
