Commercial Manager A leading Tier 1 Main Building Contractor is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work either on large-scale Data Centre/ Pharmaceutical projects or on traditional building developments, depending on your background and expertise. With a robust pipeline well into 2025 their busiest year to date this is an excellent opportunity to step into a key leadership role at a time of strong company growth. The successful candidate will report directly to the Commercial Director and take ownership of multiple major projects. Our client is open to considering an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor ready to take the next step into a Commercial Manager position. Key Requirements: Comfortable in client-facing roles and stakeholder management. Strong commercial awareness, ideally 2+ years experience as a Commercial Manager Experience working for a main contractor with a building/industrial/commercial engineering background and experience with various types of contract forms. Degree qualification in Construction Management, Surveying or Commercial Management. Good negotiation skills and leadership skills.
