Facilities Management Expert
We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Expert to join our team. As the main contact for staff and players, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our office environments.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Cordinating maintenance activities with contractors to deliver cost-effective services
* Maintaining building systems and conducting inspections to identify hazards or improvements
* Supporting health and safety compliance through record-keeping, drills, and audits
Requirements:
No prior experience in facilities management is required. However strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations is necessary. You must have excellent communication skills as well as organisation multitasking abilities.Possession of qualifications in Facilities Management or Health & Safety is desirable but not essential.
