CJ Sheeran Group is seeking a reliable, safety-focused Shunter Driver to join our busy pallet production and recovery facility on Limerick Road, Mountrath, Co. Laois.Key Responsibilities:Safely operate a brand-new Kalmar shunter across our two Mountrath sitesComplete short-haul trailer movements to support production & dispatchCoordinate trailer positioning with Logistics and Production teamsAct as on-site contact for drivers, managing priorities clearly and efficientlyCarry out pre-use checks and report defects promptlyMaintain safe and organised yard operations with controlled traffic flowSupport loading/unloading by sequencing trailers for scheduled baysMaintain accurate digital records of trailer movementsAssist with general yard tasks, housekeeping & occasional forklift dutiesRequirements:Minimum 2 years' shunter driving experienceFull clean valid driving licence and counterbalance forklift certificateStrong communication & teamwork skillsSafety-focused, reliable, and calm under pressurePhysically fit and comfortable working outdoorsFlexible and proactive approachIf you meet the above requirements and like a challenge we would love to hear from youJob Type: Full-timePay: €30,000.00 per yearBenefits:Bike to work schemeOn-site parkingWork Location: In person
