The successful candidate will work closely with clients to provide expert advice on pension planning, retirement options, and long-term financial security.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and developing a portfolio of individual and corporate pension clients
* Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant financial products
* Staying up to date with the latest pension legislation and regulatory changes
A key aspect of this role is building strong, long-term client relationships through regular engagement and proactive service.
To be successful in this position, you'll need:
* A QFA qualification (Qualified Financial Adviser) - essential
* At least 2 years' experience selling pensions (not just pension administration)
* Proven ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
* Strong commercial awareness and ability to spot growth opportunities
You'll be working in a supportive team with strong leadership, excellent infrastructure, and a loyal client base.
Our ideal candidate has a full clean driver's licence and excellent communication and organisational skills.
