Position Overview This is an exciting opportunity to build on prior logistics experience while being offered further training. Due to ongoing growth/expansion, we are seeking a logistics coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience along with the ability to learn & take on new responsibilities. Core Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor international and local import shipments, including ocean, air, and ground freight Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and third-party logistics providers to track shipments and resolve delays Resolve any logistical issues, such as damages, claims, discrepancies, or customs holds between relevant parties; Maintain accurate records of shipments, including references both internal and external, type, size, weight and transit times; Ensure accurate and timely dissemination of shipping and customs documentation, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, including Incoterms, customs requirements, and import laws; Schedule and manage delivery timelines Carry out various support tasks & administrative responsibilities.. Qualifications and Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics role, especially across all modes of transport Familiarity with customs & clearance processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve logistics and delivery-related issues effectively; Self-motivated and capable of working independently, demonstrating initiative and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering work with accuracy, diligence, and efficiency. A proactive attitude toward learning and development, with exceptional attention to detail. High level of proficiency in business English, both written and verbal. Fluency in any additional language is considered a plus.
