As the first point of contact for our hearing aid centre, the receptionist plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for patients. This position involves front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, handling phone/email enquiries, and assisting with general administrative tasks to support audiologists and the clinic team.
