Purpose of the Post
Reporting to
Childrens Disability Network Manager,
the
Family Support Worker
will, on a
Permanent, 35-hour week
contract, work as a member of the interdisciplinary team in collaboration with MDT colleagues providing services to children from 0-18 years and families who are accessing the Children's Disability Network Team.
Experience And Qualifications
* Evidence of having completed Fetac Level 5 or other relevant Health/Social care qualification.
* A minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience of working within the disability Sector.
* A broad knowledge of Progressing Disabilities and the role of a Family Support Worker.
* Full driver's license.

Salary
In line with the Department of Health consolidated pay scales, the current salary scale is Family Support Worker; €35,948 - €45,188 per annum/pro rata.
