Job Title: Electrical Supervisor
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating the establishment, implementation, and maintenance of quality plans and system inspection and test plans in line with client specifications.
The successful candidate will have experience in Data Centre projects and possess a trade qualification in an electrical discipline. They will also have experience supervising electrical personnel and managing multiple stakeholders.
This is a fixed-term contract role that requires a structured approach towards systems handover and project completion. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the establishment, implementation, and maintenance of quality plans and system inspection and test plans in line with client specifications.
* Interpret and communicate contract quality requirements to project staff and company business functions supporting the project.
* Coordinate with the client on all quality-related issues to ensure a consistent approach to client relationships and investigate customer queries and complaints.
* Review, audit, and monitor the implementation of the Project Quality plan and procedures and liaise with the Dornan Auditing team.
* Coordinate the resolution of all matters pertaining to quality at the Project Management Team and project supervisor levels.
* Coordinate the handover of all Quality Records to the Client on a system-by-system basis.
Requirements:
* Engineering or Trade Qualification in an Electrical Discipline.
* Experience in Data Centre projects would be an advantage.
* Experience supervising electrical personnel - ideally a team of 30+.
