Aramark is currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join our team in AIB. Reporting directly to the Account Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for planning and monitoring multiple projects across the AIB Estate in ROI. Our Project Manager acts as a bridge between the client and our teams, ensuring the project proceeds according to plan. If any issues arise, it is your responsibility to resolve them or escalate to the contract leadership team.
This is a full-time fixed-term contract.
Job Responsibilities
* Ensure all projects adhere to and are managed according to the contractual agreements.
* Ensure all projects comply with statutory regulations and industry standards for QHSE.
* Provide leadership in identifying and specifying project opportunities.
* Deliver contractual commitments on secured projects.
* Communicate effectively through advice, reviews, leadership, and participation in management meetings, briefings, forums, reports, and other relevant channels.
* Promote and uphold the core values of Aramark and the client.
* Collaborate with operational managers to develop the project business with effective teamwork and support.
* Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans.
* Identify and manage project risks.
* Monitor project costs to meet budgets, providing regular updates.
* Provide consistent project updates to the account director.
* Successfully conclude projects, including evaluating the overall project to identify future challenges.
* Apply industry best practices, techniques, and standards during project execution.
* Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
* Align client objectives and customer needs to drive sales growth and enhance client retention, including Client Business Reviews.
* Serve as a customer advocate.
* Promote a culture of safety by implementing safety, quality, and service standards.
* Retain talent by fostering inclusion and leveraging diversity.
* Optimize contract terms to meet growth and margin targets.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in written and verbal communication, with above-average numeracy skills.
* Business Administration or related field, with 1-3 years of proven experience.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to inspire confidence.
* High integrity.
* Highly organized with attention to detail.
* Ability to handle large amounts of information from various sources.
