Role Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and reliable General Operative to join our busy warehouse team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for picking and packing customer orders efficiently and accurately, while contributing to a positive and supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders in a timely manner
Ensure products are packaged safely to maintain quality standards
Assist with stock control, including restocking shelves and inventory checks
Maintain a clean and organised work area
Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily targets
Provide support across different areas of the warehouse as required
Requirements:
Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or similar role
Comfortable and confident to deal with customers face to face and over the phone.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under time pressure
A friendly, team-oriented attitude with good communication skills
Comfortable with manual handling tasks
Basic computer skills/knowledge
Knowledge of musical instruments is a plus, but not required
