Business Growth Specialist

Key responsibilities include driving business growth by identifying prospective clients, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.


Job Requirements:

* A minimum of 2 years experience in sales or a related field is required.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications is necessary.


Responsibilities and Expectations:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities that align with the company's goals.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients within the construction industry and beyond.
3. Drive sales growth through regular site visits and relationship building.
4. Attend weekly sales meetings to discuss sales activity and strategies.
5. Provide prompt and efficient service to customers at all times.
6. Cover for the Branch Manager as required.


Key Skills and Qualifications:

* Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or a related field.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
