Job Title: Training and Development Specialist

About the Role
The Training and Development Specialist will be responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering training programs to ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and job-specific skills development. This includes assessing training needs, developing instructional materials, coordinating training sessions, and maintaining training records.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintenance, update and promotion of Nvolve.
* Facilitate Induction training, including manual handling, food safety and completion of associated paperwork.
* Enrolment of new employees on clocking system.
* Design and develop in-house training programs for SOPs and work instructions.
* Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with experts regarding instructional design for work instructions, taking pictures, compiling text as necessary.
Requirements
* Proven experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to develop training materials and use training software.
* Organizational and time-management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
