Overview We are working with a leading consulting firm in Dublin seeking a People Consulting Manager to join its growing team. The team works on significant transformation programmes in Ireland, partnering with clients to ensure long-term sustainability and embedding of major organisational transformation.
The work includes creating organisation designs that determine effective solutions, embedding cultural and behavioural change, managing communications and stakeholders, planning and implementing change journeys, and providing understanding of HR structures, practices and policies to support the organisation.
Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to design and implement organisational change across large transformation programmes.
Develop organisation designs and embed cultural and behavioural change throughout client organisations.
Manage communications and stakeholder engagement to support change initiatives.
Plan and execute change journeys, aligning HR structures, practices, and policies with programme goals.
Qualifications Demonstrable consulting experience in Strategic Workforce Planning and related areas (Organisation Design, Communications and Stakeholder Management, Change Management, HR Transformation and Digital HR).
Experience structuring and managing projects or programmes to meet client expectations while mitigating risks or issues.
Degree-qualified with relevant professional experience; prior consulting experience in a client-facing role on large or complex transformation programmes.
Proficiency with relevant tools, templates, and methodologies.
Professional credibility with strong personal impact, resilience, and the ability to influence clients and stakeholders.
Pragmatic approach to solving issues and gaining client agreement; ability to analyze complex problems and deliver practical, sustainable solutions.
Focus on achieving project/programme goals and overcoming issues and barriers; experience across full project lifecycle from concept to implementation.
