We are looking for a highly organised and technically skilled Administrative Assistant to support our growing team in the solar industry. This role requires strong administrative capabilities, proficiency in Excel, and attention to detail. Knowledge of solar systems and basic bookkeeping is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage SEAI grant documentation and daily administrative operations.
* Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and project data using Excel.
* Assist with technical documentation for solar installations and compliance.
* Support bookkeeping activities such as invoice tracking and expense entering
* Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams by phone and email.
* Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative processes.
* Coordinate inventory tracking and project timelines.
* Manage and monitor Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns to help generate leads
Qualifications
* Previous experience in an administrative or office support role, strong organisational and multitasking skills, with an eye for detail.
* Technical aptitude; knowledge of PV solar systems is a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data analysis).
* Strong communication and telephone skills.
* Basic bookkeeping knowledge is required, with knowledge of QuickBooks Online software being an advantage.
* Punctual, reliable, and able to work independently.
