Aisling House, a family-run nursing home near Arklow, Co. Wicklow, is seeking full-time Activities Coordinators to enhance residents' quality of life through engaging programmes.
Responsibilities
* Organize and lead individual and group activities (arts, crafts, music, sports, sensory stimulation, etc.).
* Tailor activities to residents' interests and abilities.
* Gather feedback to improve programmes.
Requirements
* Experience in a similar role, particularly with older people.
* Familiarity with HIQA standards (desirable).
* FETAC/QQI Level 5 qualification.
* Strong communication, reliability, and teamwork skills.
