Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Centre Secretary/Bookkeeper to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent bookkeeping skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.


Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly reports.
* Liaise with stakeholders and manage relationships with funders and donors.
* Provide administrative support to management and staff.
* Manage payroll and benefits administration.


Requirements:

* IT qualification (ECDL) desirable but not essential.
* Accounting technician (or part qualified) desirable but not essential.
* At least two years' experience in bookkeeping and general secretarial skills.
* Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access.
