Link Personnel are hiring a Conveyancing Legal Secretary on behalf of our client, a well established Law Firm with offices in Artane and Raheny. Due to expansion this is a great opportunity to join a friendly and busy team. The role is office based Monday to Friday. Salary: to €42k Benefits: Pension, Career Progression, Local Parking available The Role: Assist Conveyancing Solicitors with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions including drafting and reviewing of contracts, requisitions on title, declarations and client/solicitor correspondence. Manage high volumes of dictation of conveyancing correspondence Opening and managing client files. Liaising with clients, solicitors, banks and estate agents as required. Support Conveyancing Solicitor with general administrative tasks including diary management. The Candidate: Minimum 3 years experience as a Conveyancing Secretary in a legal firm. Strong organisational skills and good attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team of Solicitors. Strong communications and interpersonal skills with a proven record of building relationships with clients. Solution orientated with a proactive approach to representing our clients interests. Experience with using Keyhouse Management system an advantage.
