Overview
Theatre Quality Lead Nurse – CNM2 Grade.
Our client an established Hospital in Dublin wishes to recruit a Theatre Quality Lead Nurse.
This role promotes, facilitates and supports the provision of excellent care for all patients attending the Operating Theatre Department, working collaboratively with staff to promote a culture of continuous improvement to drive quality, person-centred care.

Qualifications / Criteria
At least five years recent post-registration nursing experience in an acute hospital setting, with a minimum of two years in Theatre.
Registered with the NMBI and holding full work permits.
Recognised post-registration nursing course – Higher Diploma or Post Graduate, or in pursuit of same.
Proven clinical and professional management, risk management and clinical audit ability.
Currently working in a hospital in Ireland or a comparable setting.
Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
Up-to-date knowledge in clinical practice.
Management experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Good IT skills.
Works on own initiative or as part of a team.
Approachable manager.
