Job Description:
Support individuals with intellectual disabilities to be active participants in their community through personalized care and development opportunities.
The successful candidate must possess relevant third-level qualifications in Social Care, Education, Training, or a related field.
A minimum of one year's experience working with people with support needs, preferably intellectual disability, is required.
This role provides an opportunity to work collaboratively with a dedicated team to deliver exceptional support services and promote the independence and well-being of service users.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
1. Relevant third-level qualification in Social Care, Education, Training, or a related field (QQI Level 6 Major Award or higher).
2. Minimum one year's experience working with people with support needs, preferably intellectual disability.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with service users and colleagues alike.
4. Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of service users and the organization as a whole.
