Fixed-Term Administrative Role (with long-term opportunities)Sherry FitzGerald Lannon have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator & Marketing Executive to join our teamSummary of Key Role & ResponsibilitiesProvide an excellent level of customer service to both internal and external clients.Responsible for dealing with all incoming phone, email, property queries, such as arranging viewing appointments, market appraisals, viewing times etc.Responsible for updating & maintaining our in-house database.Compliance – Preparation of Terms of Engagement and compliance documentation.Preparation and scheduling of social media marketing content using Canva & Meta platforms.Working closely with the Accounts Department to ensure deposits are accurately processed.Preparation & booking of adverts where applicable, updating window displays in the branch & oversee signboard orders.Other Administrator Duties.RequirementsMinimum 1-2 years previous administration experience.Proficient knowledge of MS OfficeExcellent telephone, customer service and communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills, good ability to multitask and meet deadlines.Highly motivated with an ability to take ownership and with strong attention to detail.A creative and visually driven individual with an eye for design, keen to create engaging marketing materials and social media content using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.Social Media marketing experience is not necessary but preferred.Sherry FitzGerald Lannon is an equal opportunity employer.
