Their client book is strong and promises security, working nationally on some of the largest flagship projects in Ireland and Europe. The order book and projects to tender include Residential Developments, Data Centres and Commercial Builds.We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our residential construction team in North Dublin. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the construction activities on site, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise all on-site construction activities, including providing technical inputs and resolving technical issuesEnsure that all works are carried out in compliance with building regulations, health and safety standards, and company policiesLiaise with the project manager, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth progress of the construction projectPrepare and maintain accurate site reports, records, and documentationConduct regular quality control inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure the workmanship meets the required standardsMonitor and manage the use of materials, equipment, and resources on site to optimize productivity and minimize wastageProvide technical support and guidance to the site team and subcontractors as requiredAssist in the preparation of project schedules, work plans, and method statementsCandidate ProfileBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldProven experience working as a Site Engineer in the residential construction industryIn-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulationsStrong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to effectively manage a site teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with various stakeholdersProficient in using construction management software and toolsSound understanding of health and safety regulations and practicesAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesValid driver\'s license and willingness to travel to different project sites as required
