Duties & Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to drive new customer acquisition and expand market presence
Act as the main point of contact for client stakeholders, strengthening daily communication and relationships
Define program objectives and deliver strategic sales/operational solutions
Prepare and present regular business reviews to senior and C-suite stakeholders
Oversee inside sales and field sales performance, quota management, forecasting, and insights
Coach, mentor, and support team members through structured performance management
Motivate the team by understanding individual drivers and fostering success
Manage program timelines, deliverables, and expectations
Maintain staffing effectiveness through recruitment, retention, and performance planning
Collaborate cross-functionally with BI, Talent Solutions, TA, and leadership
Identify and execute initiatives to expand the program and adapt to evolving market needs
Requirements
Strong experience in a sales environment with leadership over ICs and/or managers
Proven ability to manage client and stakeholder relationships
Track record of achieving sales goals in office, hybrid, or virtual settings
Ability to analyze sales data and use reporting to drive performance
Solid understanding of CRM systems and sales acceleration tools
Experience working cross-functionally to meet business objectives
Strong professional communication skills with influence at all levels
Experience delivering live or virtual business reviews
Coaching and teaching experience to elevate sales performance
Knowledge of project management, time management, and milestone execution
Understanding of budgets, P&L elements, and expense management
