Who should apply?
This role is suited to Big 4 trained Assistant Managers or Managers who are ambitious and passionate about transaction services. Ideal candidates will have:
* 5+ years PQE.
* Training in Industry or Financial Services Corporate Finance.
* PQE outside of practice (beneficial but not essential).
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting directly to the Corporate Finance Partners, this position includes the following responsibilities:
* Conducting financial reviews and due diligence.
* Preparing business plans.
* Supporting sale and purchase mandates.
* Assisting with debt and equity raisings.
