Occupational Therapist Role

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical, psychological, and social needs, ensuring a holistic approach to care.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique requirements.
* Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance functional abilities and promote independence.
* Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and strategies, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and optimize outcomes.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy is mandatory.
* CORU registration is a fundamental requirement.
* Previous experience in a hospital setting is preferred, but not essential.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills are vital for effective collaboration and patient engagement.
* A full driving license and access to your own car is desirable but not obligatory.
