Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead the end-to-end marketing strategy for both B2B and B2C audiences
Recruit, mentor, and guide a top-tier team spanning brand, performance/growth, product marketing, and PR/comms
Shape the company's core messaging, market positioning, and unique value proposition
Design and execute high-impact demand gen programs using channels like paid ads, SEO, content marketing, alliances, and customer lifecycle initiatives
Manage cross-functional campaigns for new product rollouts, enterprise pipeline support, and audience/creator engagement
Champion executive visibility and thought leadership through PR, media relations, speaking opportunities, and industry events
Collaborate tightly with Product and Sales teams to sync marketing efforts with roadmap priorities and revenue targets
Establish, track, and refine key performance indicators to boost efficiency, ROI, and data-informed decisions
Oversee the full marketing budget, external partners/agencies, and tech/tools ecosystem
Serve as the marketing voice in executive meetings, board discussions, and overall business planning

Essential Qualifications
10+ years in senior marketing roles, with 3+ years as CMO, VP Marketing, or equivalent
Demonstrated ability to scale marketing operations in fast-growing SaaS, tech, or security-focused companies
Solid experience across B2B and B2C, including deep enterprise go-to-market knowledge
History of assembling and leading strong, collaborative marketing teams
Advanced skills in brand development, performance/channel marketing, content creation, and communications
Strong analytical approach with expertise in metrics, attribution modeling, and optimization
Outstanding ability to craft compelling narratives, write persuasively, and deliver impactful presentations
Thrives in dynamic, startup-like settings with high ambiguity and mission focus
Preferred Qualifications
Prior work in legal technology, IP/copyright enforcement, or cybersecurity
Hands‑on experience with AI-driven or sophisticated technical solutions
International marketing across diverse regions and languages
Established presence as a thought leader with tech media or analyst connections
