We're looking for a high-performing, experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our team.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with engineering teams, product managers, support, sales engineers, and solution architects to shape the future of the Fivetran Data Platform's reliability.
This is a full-time position based out of our Dublin office.
Our hybrid work model offers a blend of remote flexibility and in-person collaboration, including two days in the office each week to connect and build as a team.
What You'll Do As a member of the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team, you will be responsible for the performance, scalability, and reliability of Fivetran's infrastructure.
You will own the robustness of our deployment pipeline and lead efforts to resolve and prevent incidents effectively.
Your responsibilities will include: Ensuring the ongoing reliability and robustness of Fivetran's production infrastructure by monitoring availability, capacity, and throughput.
Driving reliability into the product roadmap by evolving existing systems and processes.
Partnering with engineering, support, and sales to prioritize and resolve critical bugs and incidents.
Recommending infrastructure improvements to ensure optimal availability and performance.
Automating scalable artifact deployments across all environments.
Monitoring and remediating infrastructure vulnerabilities in collaboration with the security team.
