Job Title: International Teams Driver (Camp Support)Location: Various (based on camp location)Direct Reporting Line To: Director of International Operations / Team Manager (or delegate)Commencement Date: As required (camp-based)Duration: Casual EmploymentThe Position:As the International Teams Driver (Camp Support), you will provide transportation services to the WNT and various international teams during camp periods, ensuring safe and timely travel to and from scheduled activities and locations. You will report directly to the Director of International Operations and/or Team Operations Manager (or their delegate) and play a key role in the smooth day-to-day operations during team camps.This is a casual role with variable working hours depending on the team's schedule. Advance notice of shifts will be provided wherever reasonably possible; however, flexibility is essential given the dynamic nature of international team operations. Camps may occur throughout the year, aligned with FIFA windows, tournaments, or international friendlies.Key Responsibilities:Provide reliable, safe, and punctual driving services for international teams, staff, and officials during camp periods.Transport individuals to and from airports, training grounds, accommodation, match venues, and other required locations.Abide by specific match day protocols. E.g. tunnel access protocols, road closures, etc.Provide anti-doping vehicle when requiredPick up and drop off FAI cars to/from supplierMaintain a professional and courteous manner when interacting with team members and staff.Support the logistics and operations teams as required, including handling small equipment or errands.Ensure vehicle(s) are clean, roadworthy, and refuelled as needed throughout the camp.Report any incidents, delays, or mechanical issues promptly to the Team Manager or Operations lead.Follow all traffic laws, organizational policies, and safeguarding procedures.Maintain confidentiality regarding team operations and player movement.Be flexible and available for early mornings, evenings, weekends, or last-minute schedule changes as required.Undertake any other reasonable tasks related to logistics and operations as directed.The Person:The successful candidate will have the following:Experience RequiredPrevious experience in a driving or logistics support roleExperience working in a professional or high-performance environmentUnderstanding of the importance of punctuality, confidentiality, and flexibilityAbilities, Skills, and KnowledgeValid driver's license and clean driving recordFamiliarity with navigation apps and ability to adjust routes based on traffic or timing needsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to stay calm and professional under pressureStrong time management and organisational skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to follow instructions preciselyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of safeguarding and professional conduct (training can be provided)Closing date for applications is COB 13 October 2025.Shortlisting will take place shortly afterwards.The Football Association of Ireland is an equal opportunities employer.
