As Operations Team Lead, you will oversee day-to-day operations across multiple financial products ensuring smooth processes, team performance, and an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily operations across DC, PRSA, retail, and group financial products.
* Oversee renewals, invoicing, client transitions, and process consistency.
* Support sales teams with pipeline management, proposal coordination, and reporting.
* Lead and motivate advice and administration teams fostering collaboration.
* Develop and manage productivity, pipeline, and profitability dashboards.
* Identify and deliver workflow improvements enhancing efficiency and client experience.
* Coach, mentor, and develop team members while managing resource allocation and recruitment.
