As a Greek Speaking Care Assistant, you will play a critical role in providing support to clients in various healthcare settings, ensuring they receive the assistance they need to maintain their dignity and comfort.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and mobility support.
* Provide emotional and social support to clients, fostering a positive and encouraging environment.
* Observe and report any changes in clients' physical or emotional conditions to the nursing staff.
* Help with medication reminders as directed by healthcare professionals.
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to health and safety protocols.
* Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental stimulation and well-being.
* Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to provide integrated care for clients.
* Fluency in Greek and English with strong communication skills.
* Previous experience in care assisting or similar roles is preferred but not always required.
