HR Executive Leader
We are seeking an HR Executive to champion our organisational culture, design and deliver employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing programs that support the mental, emotional and physical health of our team.
About the Role
The successful candidate will play a vital role in implementing our HR strategy to align with our vision and strategic goals. This includes coordinating recruitment activities, ensuring a seamless candidate journey and facilitating employee onboarding and induction programmes.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Implement our HR strategy to achieve organisational objectives.
* Champion a culture of collaboration, inclusion and wellbeing.
* Design and deliver employee engagement initiatives and wellbeing programs.
* Coordinate recruitment activities to attract high-calibre candidates.
* Ensure a positive candidate experience.
* Facilitate employee onboarding and induction programmes.
* Organise and coordinate internal and external training activities.
* Support the design and delivery of training on HR practices and organisational topics.
* Evaluate training effectiveness through surveys and feedback loops.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and performance documentation.
* Conduct quarterly audits of employee files and ensure timely follow-up on documentation.
* Generate HR reports and metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
* Assist in managing employee relations processes.
* Stay current with changes in employment legislation and HR best practices.
* Update internal policies and procedures accordingly.
* Support the Director of HR with day-to-day tasks and projects.
