We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our team in Belfast. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting a busy department with daily HR responsibilities, reporting directly to the HR Manager.

About the Role

The HR Officer will be responsible for various tasks including but not limited to:

1. Providing administrative support to the HR Department;
">
2. Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes;

3. Managing employee data and records;
">
4. Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures;

5. Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection regulations.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications and skills:

6. A degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent);

7. At least 2 years of experience in an HR role;
">
8. Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
">
9. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities;

10. The ability to commute to the office regularly.

Preferred Qualifications
">
CIPD qualification or equivalent would be highly desirable.
