They are now searching for an experience Commercial Lines Underwriter to take on this management position and continue to foster company growth.
About Your New Job As Commercial Underwriting Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day responsibility of running the underwriting department and overseeing the underwriting team.
Lead product development, wordings and pricing while also being responsible for product improvements.
You will account for broker enquiries, report on sales, renewal retention and broker trends as well as oversee annual income growth, manage loss ratio performance and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
As Commercial Underwriting Manager, you will work to increase the number of supporting brokers with commercial products and endeavour to strengthen broker relationship.
What Skills You Need Experience in commercial insurance sales role, with strong technical knowledge across commercial lines.
Proven experience in an underwriting management or senior underwriter position.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Proven ability to deliver profitable underwriting results and strong understanding of market dynamics.
