As a highly skilled and organized professional, you will serve as the right-hand to executives, managing their daily schedule, appointments, and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders. You will be responsible for preparing documents, reports, presentations, and contracts as requested. Additionally, you will act as a gatekeeper, screening calls, emails, and meeting requests, prioritizing tasks effectively.


Key Responsibilities

* Manage the daily schedules of executives, including appointments and correspondence
* Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and contracts
* Screen calls, emails, and meeting requests, prioritizing tasks efficiently


Requirements

* 5+ years' experience as an executive assistant supporting high-level executives or high net-worth individuals
* Proven ability to manage sensitive legal documents in a professional setting
* Exceptional organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Familiarity with presentation software and project management tools
