Their mission is to create sustainable infrastructure that helps drive the Ireland's journey toward Net Zero.Role ResponsibilitiesAs a Quantity Surveyor, you’ll play a vital role in the commercial management of projects from pre-construction through to final accounts. Key duties include:Preparing and managing cost estimates, budgets, and cash flow forecastsManaging contract variations, valuations, and interim applicationsCollaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and clientsEnsuring compliance with commercial and contractual obligationsSupporting project planning and risk management activitiesWhat We’re Looking ForProven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in mechanical, M&E, or decarbonisation sectorsStrong understanding of NEC or JCT contractsExcellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skillsA proactive, solution-focused approach to cost managementDegree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)What’s on OfferCompetitive salary (DOE)Performance-based bonusCompany vehicle or car allowanceOpportunities for career progression in a growing, future-focused business
